Leadership Team

Nicola has been teaching in Suffolk schools for more than 20 years, and has been Head of Maths for much of this time. She has worked across the region as an SLE and as a Work Group Lead to support teachers and improve mathematics education and opportunities for young people. Nicola is passionate about mathematics and tries to inspire that passion in others through her teaching and leadership. She believes ‘nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care’ (Dylan Wiliam).
